Balance Payment:
The remaining balance of your party package is due on the day of the party. This payment can be made via cash or credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, please notify Wonderforest at least two weeks prior to your scheduled party date. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
Liability:
Wonderforest takes pride in maintaining a safe environment for all guests. However, we cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the party. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Environmental Policy:
As part of our commitment to sustainability, Wonderforest does not use latex balloons for decorations. We encourage eco-friendly practices and strive to limit our carbon footprint in all aspects of our operations.
