Our Mountain Bike Program is now officially offering training and skills progressions from certified MTB Coaches year-round and for all ages and starting skill levels. This program is specifically designed to encourage more girls to join this amazing sport, gain self-confidence and be empowered riding the trails with a group of their peers.
As part of our planned MTB Club growth and program development, we are pleased to announce our Youth MTB Club is offered in the following format:
1. As weekly summer camps with daily drop-in options;
2. As an after-school/homeschool program during the school year;
3. As an youth MTB Recreation team that meets year-round. The rec-team is an invite-only program. In order to be invited to join the rec team, youth must first attend either our summer camp and/or after-school/homeschool programs and will be evaluated partially on skill level, but mostly on factors like growth mindset, heads-up ready state, attitude, and coachability. Youth rec team members receive a discount on summer camps, after-school/homeschool programs, bike-packing trips, and other programs we may offer, in addition to race support and free entry into local races.
Both summer and winter riding offer the opportunity to develop your knowledge, fitness, and skill level on a bike. Join us for an engaging, fun, and welcoming group that is focused on meeting each participant at their current skill-set and helping them level up to meet higher individual riding goals. We focus on everything from the fundamentals to more advanced riding skills.
Mountain biking is an engaging, challenging, and exciting sport. Our MTB training program is for beginning to intermediate & advanced riders who want to gain fitness, endurance, and confidence, and develop a strong foundation riding mountain bikes and single track trails.
This course has three year-round sessions: fall, winter, spring, and summer. In Spring, we will partake in cross-training activities in the time period when fat-biking is over and the single track trails are not yet open.
Our coaches meet participants at their current skill level and track their progression, offering feedback and coaching to help achieve goals.
