Guided Soundbath Immersion
A full-hour soundbath featuring crystal singing bowls, layered tones, and resonant frequencies designed to release stress, restore energetic balance, and promote deep relaxation

PAYMENT TERMS
Minimum Fee: $495 for a 60-minute event.
Deposit: 25% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking.
Balance: Remaining balance due 7 days before the event.
Credit Card on File: A valid credit card must be kept on file to cover any additional charges (or damages) incurred during the event.
Credit Card Processing Fee: All payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Taxes: All parties are subject to applicable New York State sales tax (currently 8.625%), which will be added to the total party cost.
Gratuity: Gratuity for Workshop staff is optional and appreciated if they provide exceptional service, but is never required.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Deposits: The 25% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellation 7+ Days Before Event: Any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation 3–6 Days Before Event: Workshop will retain 60% of the total booking to cover space reservation and supplies; the remaining 40% will be refunded.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours or No-Show: 100% of the total booking fee is non-refundable, as staffing, supplies, and scheduling commitments are fully allocated.
Rescheduling: One date change permitted if requested at least 7 days in advance, pending availability.
