Yama Kids Yoga parties are a great way for kids to celebrate! Parties are two-hours long (an additional set-up time of 30 minutes prior is included), and include a 45 minute yoga session, with yoga games, group and partner poses, yoga freeze dance, and much more! The last hour of food, dancing, singing, cake, and free play, make Yama parties a great option for kids and families.

Parents will need to bring all the party supplies and food, and are welcome to decorate our space before the event. We'll provide big tables and chairs. If you have a theme, it might be possible to tailor a bit of our yoga program to fit nicely with your child’s favorite character, activity, or movie.
