Order of Events
The art time for the majority of field trips and custom events last one hour. The additional 45 minutes is for socializing, snacks and clean-up.

Policies:
1. Event hosts may arrive up to 20 minutes prior to the start of the party to set up as needed.
2. Party hosts will be charged $75 for parties that remain onsite past the 2 hour time frame.
3. Food Stuff and Decorations
All food stuff, drinks and paper goods are your responsibility both to bring onsite and to clean up and take off site.
You are welcome to bring a few simple balloons or a banner. Teachers are not available to help with decorations as they will be working carefully with last minute preparations for the art activity.

Reservation fee is non-refundable.
Full payment is due 24 hours before the event. Any additional event guest beyond the agreed number will be charged to your card immediately following the event.
