Join us this summer, for a deeper exploration of what it means to be mindful and how we can develop a mindfulness practice at a young age. We get bits and pieces of this in our weekly classes but our camps give us more time to make mindfulness a habit.
Activities include yoga, storytime, arts & crafts, gratitude journaling, sensory play and tons of mindfulness games.
***We can only run this camp if we get at least 3 participants enrolled. We will notify parents as soon as we possibly can if this ends up being an issue and will fully refund any fees paid if necessary.
Cancellations one week prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within one week will receive a credit that can be applied to other events/classes.
