Zing! Birthday Party (Level Up Package) - We Come to You!

LEVEL UP PACKAGE -- We bring the fun AND the support, you bring the food and location!

Grab your crew and let’s go! From virtual parties to outdoor celebrations, Zing! parties bring proud, glistening smiles to kids and parents. For each party, you can customize the theme, programming, music, and special additions to make your child feel like a ROCKSTAR ✮ Together, we’ll move our bodies and have SO MUCH FUN!

This is a "we come to you" class package (outdoors, rental space, home, etc.).

For Parties, Zing! will:
- Staff and fully run your party from start to finish for a 90-minute party
- Provide One Lead Master Instructor & Assistant Instructor(s) who will curate & lead the Zing! Fit activity and create a safe, positive experience. Additionally, they will support you from start to finish day-of, from greeting guests & setting up to serving food & cleaning up.
- Create an exciting, energizing and FUN Zing! Fit class totally customized to your child. From integrating their favorite moves & games, we'll make the party feel like the best day EVER.
- Lead a welcoming 45 minute class. We also arrive early to set up, greet families & kids, and then we stay after to clean up, take pictures, etc. You can request us to do a 30 or 60 minute class, but most families want 45 minutes so the kids get moving, and you have time for food and cake.
- Bring all of the equipment and turn your space into a Zing! Fit Party Zone. This includes a speaker & music, spots, hurdles, balance beams/pods, cones, etc.
- Give the birthday child a special Zing! swag kit
- Provide goodies for all of the kids (i.e. stickers/badges).
- Be in easy-to-access communication leading up to the party to help you with any and all planning needs! If there's anything extra we can do, please reach out.

You will:
- Provide a safe space to host the party
- Handle all invitations & guest communications
- Plan, deliver & provide all party food (including the cake/dessert), refreshments, eating utensils & decorations
- Bring goodie bags, if desired.

We would love to help create a magical day for your child. We are based in New York City, but we travel to Long Island, Westchester, parts of CT, and New Jersey for parties. Please note that if there is extensive travel or specific/additional party needs, some costs may vary.

Here are our general costs guidelines:
$655: up to 12 children*, with one Master Instructor & one Assistant Instructor
$775: up to 18 children*, with one Master Instructor & two Assistant Instructors
$895: up to 24 children*, with one Master Instructor & three Assistant Instructors

* If some locations, age groups or programs require extensive travel, programming support or staffing needs, costs may vary

Policy

In order to book a birthday party, you must place a $100 deposit to reserve your date. The deposit is non-refundable.
