

SUPERSTAR PACKAGE -- We bring the fun AND the food!
We would love to be a part of your child's special day and help them to feel like a rockstar ✮
Zing! Parties at the NEW Upper East Side Studio are amaZING because you get a warm, welcoming & fun space that kids of almost all ages can enjoy.
For the Superstar Package, Zing! will:
- Host a 90-minute party, which includes the necessary tables, chairs, garbage pails, etc.
- Order and serve pizza for all the party guests (both kids & adults) from our favorite place, Nick’s Pizza (gluten free requests are available upon request)
- Provide paper goods, mini water bottles for all, utensils, cake knives and candle lighter.
- Provide One Lead Master Instructor & Assistant Instructor(s) who will curate & lead the Zing! Fit activity and create a safe, positive experience. Additionally, they will support you from start to finish day-of, from greeting guests & setting up to serving food & cleaning up (we want you to RELAX!).
- Create an exciting, energizing and FUN Zing! Fit class totally customized to your child. From integrating their favorite moves & games, we'll make the party feel like the best day EVER.
- Lead a welcoming 45 minute class and will arrive early to set up, greet families & kids, and stay after to clean up & take pictures.
- Provide all of the equipment and turn our space into a Zing! Fit Party Zone. This includes DJ-level speakers & mic systems.
- Add your child's photos , video clips or designs (whatever you'd like!) on our in-studio TV
- Give the birthday child a special Zing! swag kit
- Provide goodies for all of the kids (i.e. stickers/badges).
- Be in easy-to-access communication leading up to the party to help you with any and all planning needs! If there's anything extra we can do, please reach out.
You will:
- Handle all invitations & guest communications
Order and bring any dessert for the party (cake, cupcakes, etc.). Please note that we have an “add-on” to our party package for cake, should you want us to take care of that for you.
- Plan any decorations that you’d like to set up (we’re happy to share our recommendations!)
- Bring goodie bags/party favors, if desired.
Costs
* $1350 for up to 10 kids
* $25 for each additional child up to 18 total (birthday child is free!)
Sample Run-of-Show:
* 1:30PM: Set up for the party
* 2PM: Party starts & Guests arrive. We’ll play the birthday child’s favorite music for kids to play & hang out in until everyone arrives and is ready to rock.
* 2:05-2:10PM: Zing! Fit Class begins. We try to give a few minutes for all of the kids to arrive, but we always start by 10 minutes to keep the party going!
* 2:50-2:55PM: Zing! Fit Class ends, we take a bunch of awesome group pictures and then head to the other side of the space for refreshments.
* 2:55PM-3:30PM: We’ll serve refreshments (pizza, water, etc.), sing “Happy Birthday”, and serve any cake/cupcakes. During this time, we can play videos/display photos or have a custom birthday logo on our TV screen.
* 3:30PM: Party ends, you and your child can go home with a big smile, and we’ll clean up and take care of the rest!

In order to book a birthday party, you must place a $200 deposit to reserve your date. The deposit is non-refundable.
