2025-26 Recreational Membership

Our recreational classes operate on a month-to-month ongoing enrollment basis, offering you the flexibility to withdraw at any time. To secure your child's spot in a class, tuition payment is required upfront upon enrollment.

For example, if you register in August for a class that begins in September, you will be charged the initial tuition fee at the time of registration. Consequently, your next tuition payment will not be due until October. If you choose to enroll mid-month, tuition will be pro-rated to reflect the number of remaining classes in that month.

Please note that there is no automatic re-enrollment into our summer program or the following season.

**Our monthly membership fees are a flat rate, regardless of the number of classes in a month. Please note that our pricing structure does not accommodate variations based on the number of classes or closures, as these factors are already considered when determining the monthly tuition. **

Make-Up Policy -----------------------

EGC reserves the right to cancel classes because of poor weather conditions or for any other uncontrollable factors. There will be no refunds or credits given.

As a courtesy, we offer a maximum of 2 make-up classes per month, regardless of the reason for missing.
**Make Ups do cannot be exchanged as credits and do not carry over**
