Welcome to the Keiki o Ka Honua Lending Library!

Our library offers a curated collection of educational and developmental materials—including thoughtfully selected toys, games, and craft supplies. We aim to provide a low-cost, sustainable way for keiki and their caregivers to explore new materials, spark language development, and deepen connections through open-ended play and creative expression.

Each registration allows you to borrow up to two (2) items per household, for a maximum of two (2) weeks at a time. Items can be picked up before or after any of our weekly gatherings.

Care & Responsibility Policy:

We know that life with keiki can be beautifully unpredictable—mahalo for doing your best to care for the items you borrow. To help our Lending Library stay sustainable and accessible for everyone, we follow a gentle Care Reminder system:

Care Reminder #1: A friendly note if an item is returned late, missing pieces, or damaged without communication.
Care Reminder #2: A thoughtful check-in and a short pause in borrowing privileges.
Care Reminder #3: A longer hold on your borrowing membership for the remainder of the year.

We totally understand that accidents happen! Just keep us in the loop—we’re always happy to work with you to find a solution. Our goal is to nurture a supportive and respectful sharing space for all families.

** By registering for this membership you acknowledge and understand that you are borrowing the requested materials and are responsible for returning them within two (2) weeks. While the items are in your care, you will do your best to care for them and all their components. We understand that accidents happen, and if any damage or missing pieces occur, you will notify Keiki o Ka Honua so the item can be repaired or replaced as needed.
