Can’t believe it’s not mac ’n Cheese

Ingredients:

  • Hungryroot Cashew Cheddar (or your favorite cheese substitute)
  • Banza Chickpea Cavatappi 
  • Baby Broccoli (roughly 2 cups)

Directions: 

Step 1: Bring at least 8 cups salted water to boil, add box of cavatappi + cook 8 min or until al dente, then drain.

Step 2: Chop broccoli in 1-inch pieces + heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over med-high heat; cook broccoli with salt and pepper for 2-3 minutes, then add ½ cup water, cover and let steam for 3 more minutes. 

Step 3: Combine all with 3-4 tbsp sauce + enjoy!
