Agreement:

By enrolling in this monthly membership, you agree to pay the specified fee automatically each month, with your membership renewing unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the upcoming billing cycle. Membership benefits, such as access to facilities, classes, or discounts, are available during the term of your membership, which can be terminated at any time by the member or the company for violations or misconduct. The company reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice, and continued membership indicates acceptance of any changes. You also agree to provide accurate personal information for billing and communication purposes.
