🆕 New Features:

  • Custom Booking Fee - This new feature lets providers create a customizable booking fee to charge customers either a percentage or a fixed amount at checkout. Learn More.
  • Sawyer Booking Fee - This new fee is charged directly to customers when they place a new online order. Learn More.
  • Beta Transactions Report - This new report is a more granular version of the orders report. Learn More.
  • Customer Success Chat - This new feature lets you chat with our customer support team in real time by clicking the help button from the Sawyer for Business portal or via the help center. Regular hours are M-F 9:30 am - 4:30 pm ET.

🐛 Bug Fix:

  • We fixed a bug preventing an error message from showing when providers attempted to save edits to a semester that already had bookings (which cannot be done.)
